Skirt Making Kit
I recently aquired your product to produce skirts for my spinnerbaits. I figured that I would be able to create a skirt that might attract some walleye in our lake, after some of your great advise. After making some chartreuse, green and black skirts I headed out to do some night time fishing. (Yes, I did say nighttime and spinners… and Trolling at just less then 1 mph…) I tossed out my spinner, even though everyone thought I was crazy, BANG, I started hitting and out fished my 2 other fishing mates on the boat. Thank you Naked Bait Co for making me look like a Pro… Outfishing the boys has some advantages!

The skirt kit gets a high rating on versatility in my opinion because of the many different colors of skirts. You can customize them to meet your needs by trimming them. I like to use my hands. I had so much fun making lures. Creativity and making lures go together. It’s much more than a lure, it expands the mind.

Floating Slip Skirts Kit #101

I was one of the lucky members of the North American Fishing Club that field tested your product. I love your new Skirt Making Kit. My grandson and I spent one whole evening replacing feathers and fabrics, from lures we purchased as jigs and plugs, with your skirt materials in colors we liked and were not restricted to what came "off the shelf" at our local fishing supply stores. We did bass lures and jigs, along with pan-fish jigs. We tested our "newly skirted" lures and jigs in my pond and at Lake Nannahalo. Your skirt kit and materials turned "so-so" lures and jigs into "go to" lures and jigs in our fishing arsenal! Once we mastered the rubber band stretcher, the hardest part was deciding what color combinations we wanted to try. Then we realized if the ones we wanted to try didn't work, we could "field dress" the same lures and jigs on the water as well as we could at home! Most of the set ups we came up with caught fish. I think this is because we gave the fish something new to look at in shapes and colors they hadn't seen before. We love your product!

My grandson and I were actually removing the factory jig bodies on several plugs last Thursday night that were not that "hot" in producing. Then we replaced them with combinations we had put together and tested ourselves from our last "skirting party." We started installing skirts around 8 p.m., after supper and before we knew it, it was midnight! I can't remember a time the two of us were closer.
